Transporter´s pass order fulfilment

The passanger does not apply for the fare discount:
A corresponding photograph of the applicant size of 35 x 45 mm and the identification card

The passenger applies for the fare discount:

• Children from 6 to 18 years of age:
  A corresponding photograph of the applicant size 35 x 45 mm and a pupil´s form filled by the legitimate representative (free at the sales points or on this link)
• Pupils and students from 18 till 26 years of age:
  A corresponding photograph of the applicant size 35 x 45 mm, a student form confirmed by school (free at the sales points or on this link and the identification car)
• The full disability or old-age pension users aged up to 65:
  A corresponding photograph of the applicant size 35 x 45 mm, announcement about the increase of the pension or acknowledgement of the old-age pension or the state authority´s confirmation of the pension dated not longer than 2 months ago. The identification card.
• The holders of Jansky´s plaquette:
  A corresponding photograph of the applicant size 35 x 45 mm, Jansky´s plaquette identity card and the identification card.
